I can't believe next Saturday my little boy will be a one year old! Time sure does go by fast. He is so much fun and full of personality! I honestly can't remember life without him. I love you Ammon :)
Yesterday I ran my first half marathon with my sister in law Devyn. We have been training for it for a few months now but running 13.1 miles and thinking I can run 13.1 miles were two different things :) Wow. It was tough but really rewarding to do. I was fine until about mile 10 and then we started running up hill and I think thats where I felt like my legs were going to fall off. After the race I told myself that I would never run one ever again but I think I probably will. Not any time soon but I like the sense of accomplishment I felt afterwards. Thank you Devyn and running with me!
I am turning our spare bedroom into Ammons toddler room for when he's a little older. These are some things I've been working on. I still have to paint the circles though. I'll post more pictures when the room is all done.
A couple weeks ago I was released from primary and was put into Young Womens. To be honest, I was scared and didn't know if I would be able to do it. Its been a HUGE blessing though. I am so glad that I got this calling and I know that it will strenghten my testimony.
Cody and I met on a blind date on February 28, 2008. We dated a full year before we were married in the Logan temple on March 12th, 2009. He teaches P.E and Spanish at Fremont high school and also coaches Wrestling. I get to stay home with our cute little boy Ammon who was born on October 27th 2011. Life is great!
